A few days into using AFK for the first time and I feel like it is actually making a difference in my sleep quality. It also helps that the flavor is so good!

The flavor is very pleasant, it has the perfect sweet touch

I normally wake up two to three times throw the night. If I have one scope of this stuff I can sleep throw the night or just wake up an hour before my alarm. Only complaint is that the magnesium likes to settle so u have to shack bitween drink or your last sip is going to be a bit funky

Tastes really good. Second best AFK flavor. Worth a try.

It's good as long as you don't use less water or wait too long. Then you'll start to taste the supplements. But if you use 12 oz and drink it within 10 minutes it's good.
