Love this product, great flavor and works really well

Its pretty yummy and definitely made me sleepy 😴 I drank it with milk rather than water for more of a creamy drink.

Mixed with water this drink is abhorrent, but with milk? Absolute game changer, it tastes almost like an Oreo smoothie and the cookie flavor is actually very prominent which I was shocked to discover honestly. I highly recommend drinking this with milk for that proper cookies and cream flavor. Just make sure to drink it right away or else the melatonin will start to settle and it'll taste like liquid styrofoam.

Really good. The AKF helped me sleep and the flavor hit really good. Taste like a cookie and only 8oz of water need. I gone get a other one before my current one is out.

Tasted like a chocolate protein powder milkshake. My only issue is clumping, so I have to throw it in a blender with milk.

It’s sooo good, helps to sleep and I wake up not feeling exhausted, sluggish.

Tastes amazing! Every time I drink it I’m out for at least 8 hours. It does require a lot of shaking/stirring to fully mix.

It doesn't taste like cookies and cream. More like a chocolate protein drink. But it's really helpful in getting me to sleep.

Did not expect it to be this good.

Works beautifully, great taste when mixed with milk, but incredibly hard to fully mix leading to having clumps in drink.... maybe recommend a blender or shaker bottle for smoother drink

This flavor is easily my favorite AFK flavor. Could you consider a similar flavor that’s not for nighttime?

This taste fine in water but i wanted to try something so i used milk and heavy cream. It tasted just like a milkshake. Ive slept so well for the past few nights with this.

The taste is just perfect, and it really does make you sleepy within 30 minutes. It literally is like you left out an icecream tub of cookies and cream, it melted, and now youre drinking it, but there's no chunks of cookies, of course. So far, the times ive drank it, i wake up earlier than usual and I dont feel tired throughout the day at all.

Really good flavor. Tastes better than a lot of the "cookies and cream" protein powders I've tried, even better than the powder that has the deal with that major cookie brand. Have only had it with water, 20 oz. and 2 scoops. Mixes well compared to some of the original AFK+ drinks. Would be 5 stars but the flavor is a little subtle (maybe drinking with milk would add to it?)

This tub has a great Oreo Cookie flavor1 not a fan of Oreo flavors but this one is really good! This is a huge tub tho! was surprised on big was when I got it!

This cookies and cream flavored melatonin is a great replacement for my current melatonin gummies
