Im on my 6th tub of this specific flavor...need i say more? Been sticking with AFK for a quite a while that its now become a monthly subscription and I couldnt be happier.

I've used many types of sleep aid, and very few have worked for me. This not only tastes really good but actually helped me get to bed at a reasonable time while not doing what many other sleep aids do by ruining getting up in the morning. I felt well rested and that's usually not the case due to my sleep apnea getting in the way. Overall very good and I recommend giving it a try.

As someone who has taken melatonin, magnesium, L-Theanine and other nootropics to try to beat insomnia… this stuff REALLY works!! It tastes amazing, the smell is so pleasant and the nootropic blend keeps me from taking a handful of pills a night. The melatonin is a low dose- just enough to get me to sleep and doesn’t leave me feeling groggy in the morning! I’m never going back to buying multiple bottles of $30 nootropics again. Also, the art is gorgeous.

So if this was a regular flavour, I think I'd drink nothing but this, but limit myself to a cup before bedtime. It tastes like the Banana smoothie Danimals, which was my favorite when I was a kid.

As you can see, I'm a pretty big fan of the Gamersupps. It makes drinking water and being healthy fun, and this flavor BananaBerry Bedtime is by far one of the most delicious and most nostalgic things I've tasted.

Actually really good! Its not gonna have u going to sleep way better. But it definitely gives you that boost you need to fall asleep easier. Also helps keep you asleep longer and more restful. I have been using it for a week every night 45 mins before laying down. I have 100% noticed a difference. Well worth investing into if you want to get a lil better nights rest!

Tastes great, honestly surprised it tooke them this long to make a banana flavor, and has been knocking me out not long after I have it each night

We tried the AFK to see if it actually did anything to help us relax/ sleep sadly it didn't make a difference. The 5 stars are for it tasting amazingly good and that's still probably an understatement not to mention it's pretty cheap so 10/10 big fans.

A lot slower to deliver to Texas from Tennessee, when the item went from Tennessee to Pennsylvania to Georgia to Arizona to Michigan then to Texas. still confused why that happened.

it tastes alright at first kind of weak. but no matter how much i stir or mix it drops sediment. which has genuinely the worst taste and texture of any drink powder i put in my mouth. i will never buy this flavor again.

Absolutely delicious. I mix this one with milk and have myself a tasty dessert before it knocks me out. Definitely helps me sleep better and get to sleep faster.

Works really well. Thetastewas a little funny when mixed with water. Switched to milk instead and won't go back.

I sleep like a baby. I actually need less caffeine throughout the day I sleep so well from it. I can drink gamersupps just for fun now and AFK for better sleep.

I can agree with another review on here 100%. This one tastes like medicine rather than a refreshing bedtime drink. From the first sip the only thing I could think of was that I was drinking a glass of bubblegum flavored pepto-bismol. Which is unfortunate, banana strawberry seems like a good flavor combo in theory, but it did not work here, for whatever reason.

This was my first time trying the sleep support line of supps, so I don't know if it's a common problem with other sleep support items.

I like the flavor profile, despite the slight aftertaste. But ya gotta love how cute Silvervale looks on the label.
