Night one with AFK Blueberry Lemon Cake puts me right to sleep within half an hour and I love it. I have a hard time sleeping at night due to sleep apnea and the blend between the blueberry and lemon are a perfect combination. I will be buying more afk soon, along with any future afk Flavors!

While it's hard to say if it works incredibly I really enjoy adding a little more structure to winding down at night and it tastes really nice. It really has a lemon cake taste with a hint of blueberry. It almost has a creaminess I appreciate. I'd recommend going an oz over with the water because it can be a bit grainy otherwise. I do feel like my sleep gets interrupted less and gives a calming feeling as it takes effect.

I like blueberry and lemon flavors so this was my first AFK choice. However the flavors didn't really pop, it was more like drinking juiced cake, the little hints of blueberry and lemon it does have kinda gets mushed together. On the bright side, the colors of this drink is pretty, it's like a night blue sky with shimmering yellow stars. Smells like bubblegum too.
As for the sleep aid aspect, it doesn't make a person sleepy, however once you do sleep, it knocks you out fast and instantly it's already morning. It's great when I get nervous at night.

I bet you're playing ADC bot right now and your jung ran mid, died, then typed into all chat "AFK open mid." You're mad right? This was supposed to be your last round before bed and now you're raging. It's impossible to sleep after that right? I mean who could relax after having a jungler rage quit when everything was going so well before it became a 4v5?

What if I told you this Blueberry Lemon flavored drink was so good it might make you AFK too? Not only does it taste incredible but it can probably help calm those nerves after a heated match. The bonus to this is you can be anywhere when you AFK and you won't get banned for it.

Tastes great and actually helps me get tired which I was surprised by.

I enjoyed the flavor of the blueberry lemoncake it was a nice opportunity to actually try it out and it does work for me as for a sleep support!

I eat a lot of blueberries, so going in I knew I’d like that aspect. The lemon and cake flavor come together with the blueberry smoothly to make this savory.

Tastes great and does get me sleepy within 30 minutes of drinking it. Doesn't dissolve as quickly as other supps, so shake it harder or longer to help avoid any chalky taste.

This flavor is really yummy. Sweet but not to sweet, it's like a before bedtime treat. This has actually helped me sleep better, and stay asleep longer. Before using AFK I was waking up 4-5 times a night, now I barely wake up in the middle of the night. I prefer using warm water as it brings the flavor out more and seems to work better than room temp water.

While I can't be consistent on drinking AFK to say how good the full sleep results are, I will say I do get drowsy within a half hour of drinking it! That by itself is useful and probably very helpful to those who struggle to fall asleep in the first place.

As for taste--it's great. I personally do not have any issues with the texture like others seem to, but I'm also used to protein shakes so YMMV. If they made a caffeine version of this GamerSupps would have me at their beck and call drink-wise. It's my favorite flavor out of EVERYTHING I've had so far and I'd honestly kill for a non-sleep version!

Tastes exactly how I wanted, not too sweet but perfect.

Its a bit lore chalky and leaves a different taste in the mouth. Still enjoyable and seems to help with sleep! Better then crappy pills imo

I have a work schedule that requires me to be up early and getting to sleep at a decent time is always a struggle. This has really helped me get in that sleepy mood so I can get the right amount of sleep. Anddd it’s very delicious. The texture icks me out a little bit, but it’s worth it to get the sleep I need.

It tastes pretty good however it doesn’t seem to dissolve as well as the “normal” gsupps which caused some gagging issues towards the end-but I do love it for the natural sleep aid

An amazing non-addictive sleeping supplement. I've been taking this for months now after being addicted to melatonin, having to take 150+ mg a night, stressed as the bottles got emptier and emptier.
This also keeps me hydrated before bed, not needing to wake up in the middle of the night for a drink.

I tried natural sleep aids before like melatonin gummies. Never had any results with them. Besides actual OTC sleeping pills or sleepy time tea, but i feel the next day. Plus if I ever had to drive or go somewhere after taking those, I wouldn't feel safe doing so.
Tried the sample of AFK i got in an order and i loved it. Great taste, really good flavor balance. Neither the lemon and the blueberry are not too strong. Same with the strawberry falvor too.Noticable diffrence in quality of sleep. Feel like I fall asleep faster and deeper when I drink AFK. Never wake up feeling groggy or like im dragging ass all day. Got called into work for emergency overtime after drinking it, no issue at all. Just felt physically and mentally relaxed but no fear of being unsafe to function/drive. Taste great and performs even better.

This flavor makes for a great nighttime tea. I’ve never tried Gamer Supps with hot water before, but this one tastes much better when it’s warmed up.

Started taking this a few days ago and I have started to sleep so much better

Taste is pretty good! Texture is a bit chalky, but it’s better in seltzer. I certainly noticed a difference in my sleep patterns when I started taking it. Would recommend!

The best option for a Soda I can make that won't keep me up all night. I highly recommend if you don't want to be up until 2 in the morning. I only wish it weren't so expensive to ship to NZ.
