Great flavors and did help me sleep, can't do 5 stars because I apparently require double the dose and these are all single dose, but definitely recommend.

All of the flavors were really good. They taste good and true to their name. However, there is a certain texture or mouthfeel that the AFK packs provide that I am not a fan of. Its kinda silky in a bad way. Almost buttery in texture. Which for a drink is sort of odd. It wasn't bad per se, but I didn't care for them

I was suprised, these only took about 2 weeks to arrive i was pleased. The flavor was nice, i loved the blueberry lemon one but as others have said, the clumping. Even after thoroughly mixing, the non soluable sediments (the melatonin?) Sifted to the bottom visibly within 30 seconds, kinda off putting i couldnt really finish the bottle i made. Maybe i will try the non-melatonin version, but the melatonin one makes me kinda groggy on wakeup but that could just be me.

After having years of issues with sleeping I tried melatonin and thanks to it i can finally sleep at normal hours and for healthy amount of time.
Some of the flavours are better to try with milk like banana berry one (Took me back to childhood with the taste like the old flavoured straws for milk).
