This mixes very well with all of my hydration, electrolyte, and vitamin supplements each day perfectly and tastes great on it's own.
I really like the colors on the cup. My only downside to the cups is the shaker inserts arent stackable even on the new design. I like the grid shaker pattern, it's cuter and less crude than the previous shaker inserts but I have so many cups that I stack them and don't have a good stacking option for the inserts. The lids are somewhat stackable.
Anyway the silvervale cup is amazing and I love the image
