I'd give it 2 booms. The flavor isn't amazing, but it's not terrible, but it really helps with sleep.

So the start was a little weird. I've been a lucid dreamer for my whole life and wanted to improve a bit on that even more. The first few nights were very vivid, so much even i woke up from it. It showed that i needed a full 8h sleep too for this to work. But then it reeeeally hits the spot, i tell ya. Oh, and the taste is really awesome. I wished i had the for like a normal hydration variante ^^

i bought this as i was curious. it doesn’t seem to send you to sleep but it sure tastes good, like strawberry ice lolly. it has become a routine setter, i take a scoop an hour before bed, when paired with the classic sleep hygiene stuff like no screens, temp control ETC it works. it’s worth a try to see if it helps you and if it doesn’t you have a tasty drink regardless.

Thought this would be helpful for me since I have some troubles with sleeping. The taste is REALLY off putting, especially since the other flavors for drinks are pretty dang good. It is a chore to try to drink it without feeling a bit sick. It definitely tastes more metallic and not at all like the described flavor which is sad.

If it had a better taste it would be much more pleasant, but as of right now it is similar to downing medicine and is a bit of a chore to drink because of that.

Strangely tastes very similar to the grape flavor. It's still a great supplement but I was hoping for a little more flavor veritey.
