All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) you will receive a shipping confirmation that your order has left our facility. Most orders will include a tracking number while some smaller orders will not. To keep your shipping and handling costs as low as possible we may forgo the option for a tracking number as it can sometimes more than double the cost to ship. We use USPS for all orders under 2 lbs.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased within the last 15 days. The product is unopened, in its original packaging. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

If I'm completely honest it's been one of the best investments I've made. The colors aren't too hard on the eyes and most of the Gamer supps colors match well with it.
Very nice cup, print is good quality and has held up very nicely. The sample pack that came with it was a nice touch and the flavors are quite nice. I'll probably buy more as they come out, sad they don't seem to do reruns as I would like to buy some of the older ones.
I loved the cup and It’s either my first or second favourite cup now. It’s between that and MaxMoeFoe. I really love your cups and the Gamer Supps drinks in general. I just wish people would buy the cups in bulk and then resell them on EBay. Stops us from getting them at face value and on time.
Also, there is great customer service too. When I get the chance and have the money, I plan to buy more of your cups even I have to resort to EBay to find them. Keep doing great work and again, love the Bashful cup. I use it all the time.
The two waifu cups I bought we’re better than expected! Blue Raspberry was very very good. Emotion Damage flavor was very good as well, the caffeine is noticeable which is something I appreciated
