I ordered both the Cyanide-Chan and Happiness-Chan cups within the first hour of the presale. Got the Cyanide-Chan cup, but the Happiness-Chan cup never came. Instead, I got the Happy Madison Golfer cup. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement...

Bad and the Good

So I ordered this cup and it was my first cup. I however did not receive the correct cup and was sent one of their generic cups...while this is infuriating and a bad first start...the customer service which was quick and polite assured me I would get the correct cup and so I await to see if this will be fixed.

The cup itself while NOT what I wanted is quality and the grinder for the powder works wonders.

Neat golf cup

Never received it. Got a golf cup instead. Talk to support about the issue then never heard from them again.

Got the wrong cup and was waiting for the Happiness chan cup so I hope its delivered

I waited 16 weeks after pre ordering just to be sent the wrong cup. Customer service says to keep an eye out for a email with a new tracking number, but no expected time frame. Just "keep an eye out"

It looks like a cool cup

It looks like it’ll be a cool cup but instead I got a happy Madison golfing cup so I contacted customer service just to find out that one night pre-ordered this one cup. Got the happy Madison cup and instead for the cup that they bought, but they had great customer support and they said I will be getting the cup that I desired and to keep the cup they sent so 10 out of 10 customer support

Got the Wrong cup!

I ordered this cup a while back, back in June I think, and when I received it, it was the wrong one! When I emailed the customer service, all I got back was a transcript of the discussion... Hopefully, I get my cup but I don't have a definitive.
